An amazing opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Administrator to join a great team with a well respected agency. This role is for someone who has experience in Real Estate and is looking for a rewarding role in the industry.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Sales Team
  • Liaise with vendors & clients
  • Put together appraisals & listing packs (Form 6’s)
  • Manage CRM database
  • Manage the office – day to day
  • Take incoming calls & manage reception
  • Create web listings & manage marketing
  • Manage web listings & price changes
  • Real Estate admin/support duties
  • Diary management
  • Adhoc duties for the Sales & Admin teams as required

 About You:

  • Real Estate Agent’s Certificate
  • Real Estate Sales Admin/Sales Support experience – 2+ years
  • Social media expertise
  • Full, clean drivers licence and own vehicle
  • Live relatively locally
  • Organised & helpful
  • Immaculately presented 
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Reliable and great time management
  • Experience using property software and strong computer skills
