A well run and reputable agency that services the inner north/west is looking to further support their with an experienced Office Manager. This office is connected with their local community, is incredibly family friendly and they offer a modern, and welcoming office environment where you are encouraged, supported and given plenty of opportunity to take on further training and professional development.

The role:

A purely Monday to Friday role that will see you back up the business owner with the day to day management of the office. You will be hands on in helping with admin and marketing tasks along with:

  • Manage the CRM and work with the team to create campaigns
  • Coordinate office and client events, order client gifts
  • Complaints handling
  • Liaison with external marketing agencies, book advertising

 Experience required:

  • Leadership skills to help guide and manage a small team
  • 2-3 years real estate experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process and compliance
  • A current Agents Rep or Real Estate Licence
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A team player that is also friendly and approachable

 Benefits and culture:

  • $65,000-$75,000 Package
