Our client is a trusted and well respected agency on the Sunshine Coast that are seeking a Property Manager.

The Role:

• Assisting the Property Management division & manage a small rent roll
• Undertake all leasing duties – advertising, opens, processing applications, lease preparation
• Conduct in going, periodic and bond inspections
• Liaise with landlords and tenants
• Manage enquiries and correspondence
• Other support as required to ensure professional management of the portfolio
• Maintenance management

The Candidate:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role
• Certificate of Registration, car and driver’s licence
• Outstanding presentation
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
• High level attention to detail
• Friendly and positive attitude
