The Role

  • Liaise with long term clientele
  • Act as the face of this agency
  • Efficient arrears management
  • Manage rent increases and lease renewals
  • Repairs and maintenance arrangement
  • Routine inspections, entries & exits
  • Attendance at VCAT if/when required
  • Open for inspections, tenant liaising and application processing

  • High pride in personal presentation 
  • Local area knowledge would be highly regarded
  • Current Agents Rep or Real Estate License – a must
  • Vic Driver’s Licence – a must
