The Role:
- All leasing duties performed by leasing team- advertising, opens, applications, lease prep
- Conduct in going, periodic and bond inspections
- Liaise with landlords and tenants
- Manage enquiries and correspondence
- Other support as required to ensure professional management of the portfolio
- 1 in every 4 Saturdays only
The Candidate:
- Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role
- Live relatively locally
- Certificate of Registration, car and driver’s licence
- Outstanding presentation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- High level attention to detail
- Friendly and outgoing attitude
