This boutique agency is seeking a new superstar for their office, based in the beautiful inner north. A well known brand they are seeking an outstanding sales and marketing administrator that would love to be part of this warm, down to earth yet high performing team. 

Welcoming new people into the office and handling the incoming enquires from the front of house this role is integral to the running of the office with a wide variety of responsibilities. As this office grows there will be the opportunity to step up. We are looking for someone who radiates confidence, is warm and can work as part of a team and autonomously. 

The Role

  • Sales & property management support administrative tasks 
  • Meeting & greeting clients
  • Front office reception and administration
  • Answering all phone enquiries and delegating where necessary
  • Contracts administration – preparation & execution
  • Prepare appraisal packs & CMA reports as required
  • CRM & database management
  • Social media management – creative writing, marketing and advertising coordination
  • Invoicing & receipting
  • Maintaining office organisation, procedures and management of stock and office supplies
  • Set up and onboarding of all new staff members
  • General office duties to include reception and associated tasks

The Skills & Experience

  • 3 + years experience 
  • Personable phone manner & high level computer skills
  • A genuine interest in people and proven relationship-building skills
  • Interest in property, marketing and customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy and high emotional intelligence
  • Strong desire to succeed
  • Own car and driver’s license 
  • Real Estate registration (a must)
