SALES & Marketing Coordinator

Be apart of this fantastic team, and be apart of this incredible culture. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to be apart of our wonderful team.
  
The Role:

  • Strategic company marketing
  • Managing photos, copy, floorplans, campaign track uploads
  • Booking sales campaigns eg: ad space, signboards
  • Managing all branded collateral – Staff photos, business cards, and promotions
  • Liaising with sales teams and vendors for sale campaigns
  • Keeping the company and team’s website kept up to date
  • Work closely with Social Media contractor
  • Managing company blog and website
  • No sales exchanges or sales contracts
  • Attending photoshoots and auctions

Candidate:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in Real Estate Marketing is essential
  • Experience in the Bayside area
  • Must have a current Certificate of Registration, drivers license & reliable car
  • Must be passionate about what they do and happy to go above & beyond in their role
  • Must be extremely well presented
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and use checklists efficiently
