Our client is a distinctively positioned Developer/Builder working on a number of interesting projects throughout Melbourne. The successful Site Manager/Supervisor will possess the following

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role as a Site Manager/Supervisor
• Directly worked as a Site Manager/Supervisor  jobs up to at least 5,000,000 having managing a construction project from slab and structures right through to finished
• Hold qualification’s in Carpentry or a relevant trade background or tertiary qualifications looked upon favorably
• Consistent work history and industry reputation

Your Duties

• Managing direct employees, sub- contractors, suppliers and other site personnel to complete job on time and to budget
• Monitor work against specifications, ensure quality and accuracy of work
• Supervise in a safe and effective manner, to ensure risk/injury mitigation
• Oversee contract variations, maintaining sound records
