With 12 years of recruitment experience, starting from the bottom and now running his own firm, Adam started his sales career as a Sales PA at McGrath Estate Agents in Sydney back in 2004.

Over the years he has built relationships and loyalty with clients, that have also become friends. He prides himself and his team on providing a consultative approach when working with clients and candidates.  Adam truly believes that the team is what makes the business, and has created an amazing working culture. He now often is approached by people wanting to work at W Talent.

With her borderline OCD love of setting things up and organising people (being bossy some would call it) India keeps things ticking along in the office. Setting up the newbies, shopping for client and candidate gifts and moving desks around. When she isn’t at home with her two kids (Oscar & Sophie) India loves to get into the office and update the spreadsheets and checklists.

Caitie pretty much runs the ship, keeps everyone in line, and provides the majority of the humour. Her main role is to head-hunt the best of the best candidates but she can’t help but wear many other hats. Taking on staff training and a lot of the daily operations of W Talent. Caitie is the proud mother to a beautiful boy called Bruce. He smells a lot and dribbles everywhere but she still loves him (P.S He is a bull-dog).

John Wright is a Partner at W Talent and one of Queensland’s longest serving and most experienced Accounting recruiters.  

With a recruitment career almost 2 decades long – spent with some of the world largest and most prestigious recruitment agencies, as both Senior Consultant and Manager – John is considered to be one of the most connected Accounting recruiters in Australia.  A champion of new and disruptive selection methods, John is recognised as an authority on hard to fill roles.  

The office AFL guru, Daniel has almost 7 years of recruitment experience. Hired by our Managing Director as a fresh faced real estate sales support cadet back in 2012 they have formed a great relationship and been through a lot together. Daniel has worked hard over the years to focus on giving his clients a high quality of service and the highest quality candidates.

Madison’s background in customer service together with her real estate administration experience puts her in great stead to find us the perfect candidates. Her ability to build rapport with her candidates is a credit to her. Madi is the style queen of the office so if she isn’t matching her candidates to their dream roles she will be shopping for shoes!

Even though she has a thick British accent we try not to hold it against her. Lauren is a driven and enthusiastic leader for our Brisbane office. Her recruitment experience helps her to be a great leader and mentor for our new staff. Moving to Brisbane to open up W Talent Qld, she is enjoying her free time checking out the beaches (or watching sci-fi movies – ssshhh don’t tell her I told you).

Chris comes to us from a strong management, sales and recruitment background with 10 years experience focusing on Construction & Development. He has an intimate understanding of strategic talent acquisition ensuring that he can attract top-end talent and match it seamlessly with his clients needs ensuring a great result for both candidate and client. Chris has both in-depth technical knowledge around the recruitment process having been both a recruitment consultant and hiring manager in the past. His interests include golf, snow sports, food & wine & he loves the Carlton Football Club.
